Book Club

The goal of the PMP Mentors Book Club is to have our volunteers reading about the institutions we are working with and attempting to change. To many of us who have not been directly impacted by the system, prison can be an abstract idea, with the only examples we have being movies and television. By pulling back the curtain on this massive industry we are helping our volunteers develop the empathy and understanding needed to become great mentors that go beyond mathematics.
